Filebound On-Demand recieves SAS 70 Type II Certification

FileBound announced today that it has achieved Statement on Auditing Standards No. 70 (SAS 70) Type II Certification ,
one of the most stringent auditing standards for technology service providers. The rigorous requirements for the SAS 70
Type II validate that FileBound delivers an effective operating environment with rigorous processes and controls which
ensure the highest standards of security, reliability and availability. The SAS 70 Type II audit was performed through
meticulous reviews and tests of FileBound’s operational processes and controls by leading independent auditor Deloitte &
Touche LLP. SAS 70 is an auditing statement issued by the Auditing Standards Board of the American Institute of Certified
Public Accountants (AICPA). The standard defines the professional standards that are to be used by service auditors when
assessing the internal controls of a service organization. The SAS 70 Type II has become one of the most widely recognized
and respected auditing standards for technology service companies.
PSIGEN Introduces Intelligent Redaction

PSIGEN Software, Inc., the leader in advanced capture and scanning solutions, today announced the release Intelligent Redaction
within their capture products.
The Intelligent Redaction feature provides the ability to mask confidential information in
scanned legal or medical documents. The product can search scanned documents for confidential information, like a Social
Security Number, and "black out", or redact the terms. As an option, the application can also mask set templates for specific
section of forms and documents.
"Although manual redaction can be used, Intelligent Redaction is not only faster, but less
error prone. This feature allows customers who provide services, especially in the Legal, Medical and Banking sectors,
to quickly comply with strict information redaction requirements. " said Bruce Hensley, President of PSIGEN Software.
The Intelligent Redaction feature is just one of many new features in PSI:Capture 3.5.2, including triggered image processing,

On-Line Imaging Implements PSI:Capture for MFPs

PSI: Capture for MFPs is a third generation distributed capture software product from PSIGEN Software, Inc.
It delivers automated, unattended capture processing for distributed capture devices, including MFPs, network

PSIGEN Releases FileBound Lookup Provider -- New Release Provides Enhanced Integration

Lookup Provider (FLP). The FLP provides dynamic integration with FileBound Projects and Lists, allowing enhanced automation
when scanning and capturing documents destined for Projects.

The FileBound Lookup Provider is the second in a series of application specific integration providers that take capture to the
next level in automation and integration. In June, PSIGEN released the Microsoft SharePoint Lookup Provider (SLP), which allows
capture users to run lookups and choose from lists housed in SharePoint while indexing documents. The FLP is a significant
addition to an already robust FileBound feature set, and provides a simple intuitive configuration interface for looking up
data housed in FileBound Lists and Project Databases.
