can take your paper documents, scan them and convert them to digital images so that you can retrieve them
from your desktop. We currently convert over 4 million images per month for our customers. We use the experience
we have managing our customers information to provide you with the best Electronic Document Management System to

On-Going Scanning & Data Entry Services - Never file a document again. On-Line will
pick up your documents on a regular basis, scan, index and convert them so that you can retrieve them at your desk top.
Backfile Conversions - Some of our customers install Electronic Document Management
Systems to eliminate paper and increase the efficiencies of managing their information. On-Line adds value to the
system by taking historical documents and converting them into your new system. Our experience has been that most
customers still rely on accessing older documents but do not have the time or labor to convert the older information.
Organization Consultation - We will survey your current business organizaton's process and make recommendations based

Web Solution - If you would like to get rid of the hardware hassles we can run the Content Management software on our servers in
a very secure environment. You rent the software on a monthly basis and pay for only what you use.
